| Description | Hi Kinbay SA02 RCU has three hot keys (SA02RCU.PNG) - NETFLIX : run Netflix app - B Play : run B Play app ( B_Play.png ) - Apple TV+ : run Apple TV+ app ( AppleTv.png ) "B Play" or "Apple TV+" hot key is currently not working while Netflix app is running. There is a request for confirmation from SKB. If "B Play" or "Apple TV+" hot key works while Netflix app is running, please check if there is a problem with the NTS. Hi Kinbay I think this can be checked without this RCU. That is , When the Netflix app is running If tester switch from a Netflix app to another app using a Hot keys Please check if it is a problem with NTS. Thank you YK.Jung |
